NAML ONLINE SERVICES PVT LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides hosting, domain, and SSL services through https://namlhost.com (the “Services”). This policy outlines prohibited activities and content to ensure the security, integrity, and lawful use of our Services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.
A. Resource Usage
- NAMLHOST shared hosting plans provide unlimited SSD storage for normal, routine website usage. This means standard websites, blogs, business pages, and eCommerce stores.
- For websites that facilitate downloading of video, audio, or large files, we reserve the right to impose a bandwidth limit of 250 gigabytes per calendar month. Standard web usage remains unaffected.
- In your use of NAMLHOST shared hosting services, you may not: a. Use more than 10% of our platform’s total processing capacity at any time b. Run standalone, unattended server-side processes or daemons of any kind c. Run any web spider, crawler, or automated indexer d. Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client e. Participate in any file-sharing or peer-to-peer activities f. Run gaming servers or IRC-related software g. Operate a proxy website or anonymising service h. Use your hosting as a remote file host for other external websites i. Operate self-hosted cloud storage services j. Use our servers as an offsite backup facility k. Give away web space under your domain to third parties
- All files stored on NAMLHOST servers must be part of an active, publicly accessible website. We reserve the right to delete files or directories that are not web-visible without prior notice.
- MySQL databases are subject to fair use limits. We will notify you if your database usage approaches platform limits.
B. Prohibited Uses
You may use NAMLHOST services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services:
- In any way that violates any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
- For any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- To harm, exploit, or attempt to harm minors in any way
- To store, distribute, or transmit any material that violates our Content Standards (see Section C)
- To send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or any unauthorised promotional communications
- To upload, store, or distribute any software containing viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, network, or any third-party system
- To conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of network disruption
- To impersonate any person, organisation, or entity
- To engage in cryptocurrency mining of any kind on our servers
C. Content Standards
These standards apply to all content hosted on NAMLHOST servers. Hosted content must not:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material — We have a strict zero tolerance policy on pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind. Any account found hosting such material will be suspended immediately without refund and relevant authorities will be notified where required by law.
- Child exploitation material — Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. We will immediately terminate any account hosting such material and report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities including the Cyber Crime Cell, Government of India.
- Hate speech and discrimination — Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, caste, or age is strictly prohibited.
- Violent or graphic content — Content depicting graphic violence, torture, or gore is not permitted.
- Defamatory content — Content that is defamatory, libellous, or likely to cause legal harm to any individual or organisation is prohibited.
- Infringing content — Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right is prohibited.
- Illegal activity — Content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs in any illegal activity under Indian law or international law is prohibited.
- Deceptive content — Content designed to deceive visitors, including phishing pages, fake login pages, or fraudulent storefronts, is strictly prohibited.
- Privacy violations — Content that invades the privacy of any individual, including unauthorised sharing of personal information or images, is prohibited.
D. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
- NAMLHOST has a strict zero tolerance policy against spam and unsolicited bulk email communications.
- You may not use our services to send unsolicited email to any recipient who has not explicitly consented to receive communications from you.
- Any account found sending spam will be suspended immediately, with or without prior notice.
- Websites advertised through spam may not be hosted on NAMLHOST servers. This applies to spam sent via any channel including email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or any other medium.
- Any account whose activity results in our IP addresses being blacklisted will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to charge the account holder for any costs incurred in blacklist removal.
E. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
- You must notify us immediately at info@namlhost.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
- NAMLHOST will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
F. Suspension and Termination
NAMLHOST reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this Policy:
- Immediate temporary or permanent suspension of your account without prior notice
- Permanent termination of your account without refund
- Removal of any content that violates this Policy
- Reporting of illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities including the Cyber Crime Cell, Government of India, and CERT-In
- Legal action to recover costs, damages, or losses caused by your violation
- Issuance of a formal warning for minor or first-time violations
The severity of the action taken will be at the sole discretion of NAMLHOST based on the nature and severity of the violation. Violations involving child exploitation, pornographic content, or criminal activity will always result in immediate termination and law enforcement reporting with no exceptions.
G. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content hosted on NAMLHOST that violates this Policy, please report it immediately to:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 24 hours. Reports involving child exploitation or criminal activity will be escalated to law enforcement immediately.
H. Governing Law
This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
